## Notes on the publication of wind data Schleswig-Holstein

The wind data is updated every six months.

The presentation is based on the data to be submitted to the Land Office for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Areas of Schleswig-Holstein within the framework of the required approval procedure on the basis of the Federal Immission Protection Act.

The table distinguishes between installations and their possible services:

— are already in operation
— already approved but not yet put into service
— are still in the approval process.

It is pointed out that the number of installations exhibits significant deviations from further surveys, in particular national surveys. The reason for this is, according to the local opinion, that mining and repowering rates can only be insufficiently taken into account in nationwide surveys.

## Structure of the file

The following columns are included:

— ‘circle’ — Name of the district in whose territory the plant is located
— ‘community’ — Name of the municipality in whose territory the complex is located
— ‘type’ — Designation of the type of installation
— ‘manufacturer’ — manufacturer company
— ‘hub height’ — hub height in meters — decimal separator is comma; in the case of annexes under approval, text may be included
— ‘rotor diameter’ — rotor diameter in meters — decimal separator is comma; in the case of installations under approval, text may be included
— ‘sound power level’ — no guarantee for the accuracy of the data, they are approved values, field contains not only the number but also the unit text
— ‘performance’ — performance indication of the installation (decimal separator is point)
— ‘performance reference’ — Unit and unit reference to the number of performance
— ‘East value’ — East value or legal value of geographical position
— ‘north value’ — northern value or high value of geographical position
— ‘Authorisation date’ — Date of approval
— ‘commissioning’ — Date of commissioning
— ‘status’ — status of the indication. The following values are possible here: ‘in operation’, ‘before commissioning’, ‘in the gene.Verf.’ = in the approval procedure
— ‘BST_Nr’ — Identification
— ‘Anl_No’ — Identification
— ‘data date’ — in the format ‘dd.mm.yyyy’
— ‘data source’

EPSG:4647 is used as a coordinate reference system (CBS or CRS).
