Uncontrolled growth, distant metastasis and chemoresistance are critical characteristics of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). We identified PCDH1 acting as a novel prognostic marker for PDAC. PCDH1 enhanced p65 nuclear localization by interacting with KPNB1, therefore activates NF-κB signaling pathway and function during the progression of PDAC. Overall design: We comparied mRNA expression profile of PCDH1 knockdown cells with negative control (siNC) group.
