This article scientifically analyzes the interaction and harmony of national and universal human values in contemporary visual art, their significance in artistic expression, and their influence on the development of art. The study examines the developmental trends of visual art in the context of globalization, the reflection of national cultural heritage in contemporary artworks, and the artistic interpretation of universal human ideas. Furthermore, using the example of Uzbek visual art, the article explores the integration of national traditions, historical memory, spiritual values, and aesthetic principles with modern creative approaches.
