Epidemiological data for pH1N1 Reunion Island viruses from the CoPanFlu-RUN cohort.

GenBank accession numbers of Reunion Island sequences determined in this study are presented.*Influenza-like illness (ILI) is defined as documented fever (>37.8°C) associated with at least one Upper Respiratory Tract or systemic Infections (URTI). URTI is defined as at least two upper respiratory tract symptoms, such as myalgia, headache, aching, running nose, etc. with no documented fever. Neg is defined as no symptom or only one URTI symptom.
