Mutational Landscape of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer in US Black Females

his dataset contains genomic data from B-CAUSE project, which performed whole-exome sequencing and RNA-sequencing on triple-negative breast tumor samples from 462 Black women in the US. The dataset contains germline and somatic variant calls, CNV calls, mutational signatures, and normalized transcriptomic data. This dataset is for peer review purpose only for the manuscript based on these data. The raw sequencing data is being deposited into dbGaP to become a permanent publicly available dataset. The accession number for dbGaP will be provided before the manuscript is published.
