[IO Islamic 2645] تواريخ قطبشاه

Tawârîkh-i-Ḳuṭbshâh. This manuscript is now IO Islamic 1486 in the India Office collections. [metadata: Hermann Ethé, Catalogue of Persian Manuscripts in the Library of the India Office, 2 vols. (Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1, number 2645 here with notations and hyperlinks]. 1486 Tawârîkh-i-Ḳuṭbshâh (تواريخ قطبشاه). A poem, celebrating the exploits of the Ḳuṭbshâh, composed at the request of and dedicated to Muḥammad Ḳulî Ḳuṭbshâh, who died A.H. 1020 (A.D. 1612). The author, who conceals his name, was engaged in this work for ten years, see fol. 135b, l. 4 ab infra. It is subdivided into four maḳṣad, viz.: 1.آغاز تأريخ نسب نامۀ قطبشاهى و پیدا شدن ملک سلطان قلی قطبشاه , on fol. 15b. 2.در ذكر سلطنت ملك سلطان قطبشاه, on fol. 50b. 3.در ذكر سلطنت ابراهيم قطب شاه, on fol. 108a. 4.در ذكر سلطنت ... سلطان محمّد قلى قطبشاه, on fol. 127a.
