Replication Data for: "Wave-driven phase wave patterns in a ring of FitzHugh-Nagumo oscillators"

These Python scripts contain all the necessary functions to reproduce the results presented in the paper. The ".npy" and ".txt" files contain data, which can be replicated with the code, but are still required to run certain sections of the code. The scripts are further subdivided in cells that are thought to be run independently. Additional information on each data file and each cell of the script is given in the README.md file.
