Whole genome sequencing of strains of Methanosarcina acetivorans lacking the native acetate activation system Ack and Pta, or the global regulator MreA, or with a promoter mutation in the Fpo complex, with or without the Rnf complex. Transcriptome sequencing of mutants of M. acetivorans lacking the global regulator MreA with or without the Rnf complex.
