Table_S1: FUSE scores for all DMS datasets

We develop a joint estimation pipeline FUSE (<b>Fu</b>nctional <b>S</b>ubstitution <b>E</b>stimation) which uses assay measurements collectively to improve the accuracy of functional estimates and infer the functional effects of sites which have not been screened. Here we compiled the FUSE estimated functional scores for all DMS datasets involved in the study.
