Additional file 3. R code example: this file includes the R code that was used for one of the traits. Note that with the exception of the survival analysis, which used lnOR as the response variable, the R code was largely identical for all traits; any modifications were related to the response variable or the inclusion/exclusion of a specific table or graph if there was a lack of data.
