By mapping the 72^2 (5184) grid resolution matrix against the Sirius B harmonic radius (5634\text{ km}), we derive a mass-volume equivalence invariant under a Mod 9 operational filter. We demonstrate that the resulting 450 offset operates as an interference-free ballast, neutralizing thermal runaway within an 8-directional vector manifold structured on the Lo Shu Magic Square.
