MS data for "The role of the ceramic fabric in the preservation and recovery of proteins"

Thermo MS RAW files for thesis chapter: "The role of the ceramic fabric in the preservation and recovery of proteins". It contains RAW data files for cooking experiments of milk and achovies on ceramic briquettes and subsequent protein extraction and analysis via LC-MS/MS. The ceramic briquettes were made with different combinations of clay and tempers. The file briquettes_exp_design.csv contains the reference from each RAW file to each ceramic fabric and cooking experiemnts.
