Specific endothelical cells govern nanoparticle entry into solid tumours

We sequenced the transcroptome of isolated nanoparticle positive and nanoparticle negative tumour endothelial cells from mouse 4T1 mammary tumours Overall design: Tumour endothelial cells were isolated from 2 weeks old 4T1 tumours in female Balb/c mice using immunomagnetic isolation for CD45-, and CD31+ cells. Nanoparticle positive and negative tumour endothelial cells were then sorted by FACS to generate a nanoparticle positive endothelial cell group and a nanoaprticle negative endothelial cell group. This was done in 3 different tumours. RNA was isolated from the cells and processed for sequencing.
