Hydrological trend dataset and code associated with the paper "Widespread divergence between precipitation and discharge trends across global rivers"

This dataset includes Theil-Sen trends of river discharge, precipitation, annual minimum river discharge, annual maximum river discharge and runoff ratio for 10,179 sites from the Caravan dataset. Annual Falkenmark water scarcity indices are also included, along with river discharge time series start dates, end dates and percentages of missing data. Divergence values, normalized river discharge trends, normalized precipitation trends, scaled and unscaled random forest input data and Shapley values are included as well. The code used to generate these datasets and plot Shapley values is included along with the random forest code.
