This repository contains the research dataset and variable codebook used in the nationwide retrospective cohort study entitled “Mortality-associated factors among children living with HIV in Brazil (2010–2020)”. The dataset includes de-identified information on demographic, clinical, laboratory, and maternal characteristics of children diagnosed with HIV between 2010 and 2020, linked to national surveillance and laboratory systems. The accompanying codebook provides definitions and coding details for all variables included in the analytical dataset. Data are available under embargo until the publication of the associated article in the International Journal of Gynecology & Obstetrics (IJGO). Upon publication, the files will be publicly accessible under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
