Do areas of paleo–endemism coincide with regions of low climate velocity? A case study with orchids

This repository contains the supplementary materials associated with this study, including the shapefile of the Megamexico region and the datasets used for calculating the velocity of climate change (VoCC) and performing the CANAPE analysis. It also includes the checklist of Orchidaceae from Megamexico and the phylogenetic estimates used to calculate spatial phylogenetic metrics.
