Wiki-CS is a Wikipedia-based dataset for benchmarking graph neural networks. It is constructed from Wikipedia categories, specifically 10 categories corresponding to subfields of computer science, and exhibits exceptionally high connectivity. Node features are extracted from the text of the corresponding articles, computed as the mean of pre-trained GloVe word embeddings (Pennington et al., 2014), resulting in 300-dimensional node features. This dataset contains 11,701 nodes and 216,123 edges.
