Distinguishing evidence accumulation from choice confidence in neural signatures of perceptual decision making
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains anonymised data from an EEG perceptual decision-making task examining how predictive cues influence perceptual choices, confidence, and neural activity. The dataset includes behavioural data, centro-parietal positivity (CPP) and mu-beta activity, as well as raw data from all participants (EEG recordings, eye-tracking recordings, and behavioural data). Folders├── beh/ # Behavioural data, such as choices, accuracy, reaction times, cue conditions, and confidence reports. ├── cpp/ # response locked and stimulus locked CPP (the centro-parietal positivity) data. ├── LME_data/ # Tables used for the linear mixed-effects analyses. ├── mu_beta/ # Mu-beta data (stimulus and response locked mu-beta lateralization) └── Data/ # raw data ├── P01/ # anonymised data ├── 1/ # Session 1 ├── 2/ # Session 2 └── 3/ # Session 3 ├── P02/ # anonymised data .... └── P22/ # anonymised data Task and analysis scripts are available here: https://codeberg.org/monakhvd/PriorConfidence
