CTRR-ncRNA

CTRR-ncRNA curates experimentally supported related to non-coding RNAs associated with cancer resistance and cancer recurrence from published literature, aiming to provide a comprehensive and precise resource for research on treatment resistance and recurrence prevention. In total, 367 ncRNAs associated with CTR in 79 cancer types and 46 ncRNAs associated with cancer recurrence in 24 different cancer types are included in the CTRR-ncRNA knowledgebase.CTRR-ncRNA数据库从已发表的学术文献中整理了经实验验证的、与癌症耐药及癌症复发相关的非编码RNA（non-coding RNAs），旨在为癌症治疗耐药与复发防控相关研究提供全面且精准的参考资源。该CTRR-ncRNA知识库共计收录79种癌症类型中与癌症治疗耐药（cancer treatment resistance, CTR）相关的367个非编码RNA，以及24种不同癌症类型中与癌症复发相关的46个非编码RNA。
