资源简介:
This dataset contains the input and output of a larval walleye bioenergetics model from a paper in review at the journal of Biological Invasions, titled "Decline of young-of-year walleye (Sander vitreus) growth due to Bythotrephes impacts predicted from bioenergetic principles" written by Danielle Gartshore and Michael Rennie. The purpose of the bioenergetics model was to evaluate the impact of the invasive Bythotrephes on the growth of larval walleye. Prey availability (Arnott 2021 [Unpublished raw data]; MN DNR Large Lakes Monitoring Program 2020 [Unpublished raw data]), varied based on invasion and lake trophic state (non-invaded mesotrophic [NM], invaded mesotrophic [IM], non-invaded oligotrophic [NO], and invaded oligotrophic [IO]). Input columns are zooplankton taxa biomass estimates (cyc= cyclopoid, cal =calanoid, and daph= daphnia), treatment (NM, NO, IM, IO) and initial larvae length. The bioenergetics model output consists of growth estimate columns length, mass, and growth.
