Hourly energy density (1 m<sup>2</sup>) generation profiles for Insolight hybrid Si/III-V planar micro-tracking modules installed in Madrid (40.5°N, -3.75°E), synthetically generated using CPVLIB library (based on PVLIB Python) and ERA5 typical meteorological year.
