Ceraceosorus bombacis genome and transcriptome analyses

Ceraceosorus bombacis is a smut fungi, belongs to class Exobasidiomycetes and is a pathogen of Bombax ceiba trees. To study the evolutionary biology of pathogens belong to subdivision Ustilaginomycotina, genome sequencing of Ceraceosorus bombacis was performed, and comparative analyses was done considering all other sequenced genomes of this subdivision.
