HIV Infection in Humanized Microglial Mice Disrupts Feeding Behavior and Circadian Rhythms with Cortical Neuroinflammation
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains lists of significant differentially expressed genes (DEGs) identified in the brain tissue of humanized NOG-hIL34 mice. The data compares HIV-1 infected mice against uninfected control mice across two distinct brain regions: the frontal cortex and the hippocampus. Data profiles include both human (engrafted) and murine (host) transcriptomic responses to evaluate species-specific cellular changes during HIV infection. Data structure Human DEGs in the frontal cortex (Control vs. HIV): Located in Supplementary Table_S3 Human DEGs in the hippocampus (Control vs HIV: Located in Supplementary Table_S4 Mouse DEGs in the frontal cortex (Control vs. HIV): Located in Supplementary Table_S5 Mouse DEGs in the hippocampus (Control vs HIV: Located in Supplementary Table_S6 Statistical Significance: DEGs were filtered using a significance threshold of adjusted p-value (corrected significant difference value) < 0.05 and |log2 fold change| > 1.
