Brick Layering Experiment
收藏资源简介:
Document OverviewThis document presents all data extracted from the Brick Layering strategy experiment conducted for the 22nd ICMR paper titled "Evaluating the Effectiveness of Brick Layering in FDM 3D Printing: A Parameterized Study on Tensile Properties of PLA." The content is organized into four main tabs, described as follows:1. OverviewThis tab provides a summary table containing the processing parameters and average results for all tested configurations, offering a general overview of the experiment. It also includes six comparative plots covering Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS), Maximum Strain, Young’s Modulus, Weight, Cross-Sectional Area (CSA), and Weight vs. Area.2. Experiment ResultsThis tab contains the raw and calculated data for each specimen, including dimensional measurements, mechanical test outputs, and post-processing calculations. Reference values—52mm² for theoretical area and 11.09 g for weight (based on a material density of 1.23g/cm³)—were used to evaluate dimensional accuracy and material deposition.3. Stress vs. Strain PlotsThis section presents 12 stress–strain graphs, each corresponding to a specific configuration and showing all sample plots grouped accordingly.4. ANOVA & T-TestThis tab reports the statistical analysis results, including independent two-sample t-tests and one-way ANOVA, to determine the significance of variations in mechanical properties across configurations.
