The role and mechanism of sympathetic nerve signals in colorectal tumors

To investigate the changes in whole-tissue transcriptome and single-cell transcriptome in colorectal tumor tissues with sympathetic signal removal, we performed single-cell and bulk mRNA sequencing on tumor tissues of control mice and 6-OHDA treated mice. After 6 weeks of treatment with 6-OHDA and DSS in mice, colorectal tumors were taken for single-cell and whole-tissue transcriptome sequencing. Additionally, to investigate the differences in the bulk transcriptome gene expression of MC38, CT26 colorectal tumors and LLC lung cancer cells, we collected in vitro cultured MC38, CT26, and LLC cells for bulk mRNA sequencing.
