P. c-album whole gene expression

Polygonia c-album total number of raw reads and RPKM values per corresponding Danaus plexippus transcript for each treatment. Each D. plexippus transcript (Feature ID) identifies the nucleotide sequence of the corresponding D. plexippus protein ortholog obtained for each P. c-album TA-contig using BLASTx. Treatment is denoted as AX-Y, where A is the host, U. dioica or R. uva-crispa; X is the biological replicate number and Y indicates the developmental stage of the caterpillars composing the sample (2nd or 4th instar).
