The 'Facility for Automated Intelligent Monitoring of Marine Systems' (FAIMMS) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the FAIMMS Great Barrier Reef Sensor Network and contains data from the following sensor deployments: \n\nThere have been 4 deployments for the Depth data set.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Depth at 8.6m from 16 Nov 2009 through to 06 Jun 2010, and the installation was located at/on Orpheus Island Sensor Float 2 Latitude:-18.597933 - Longitude:146.488167. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE39-IM manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE39. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Depth at 8.7m from 07 Jun 2010 through to 25 Nov 2010, and the installation was located at/on Orpheus Island Sensor Float 2 Latitude:-18.597933 - Longitude:146.488167. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE39-IM with Pressure manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model 39IM. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Depth at 8.9m from 05 Apr 2011 through to 19 Apr 2011, and the installation was located at/on Orpheus Island Sensor Float 2 Latitude:-18.597933 - Longitude:146.488167. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE39-IM with Pressure manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model 39IM. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Depth at 8.7m from 22 Oct 2011 through to 29 Mar 2013, and the installation was located at/on Orpheus Island Sensor Float 2 Latitude:-18.597933 - Longitude:146.488167.
