gpsinfo4zemokost is in its basic version a free, free extension of the GIS program [qgis](https://www.qgis.org/), which collects part of the input data for the hydrology program ZEMOKOST of the Federal Research and Training Center for Forests, Natural Hazards and Landscape (BFW) in a user-friendly way. The calculation of the data takes place locally on the computer, only the most necessary data sets are obtained automatically via the Internet.
