Partial ITER machine description in IMAS (for code testing purpose)

This contains several datasets respecting the IMAS-Data-Dictionary 4.0 convention (given in self-described netCDF format), that corresponds to static machine description of the ITER tokamak. These datasets can be used for the sake of testing IMAS-interfaced software or to trigger IMAS-related simulations.
