Topoclimatic Graph Dataset for Frost Prediction in the Cundiboyacense Altiplano, Colombia

This deposit contains the public release of a topoclimatic graph dataset for frost prediction in the Cundiboyacense Altiplano, Colombia. The release includes cleaned 30 min meteorological time series from 23 agricultural weather stations, frost-related labels, static environmental descriptors derived from topography, climatological context, land-cover composition, and 1 km buffer-based raster summaries, as well as graph-ready products including node tables, pairwise distance and similarity tables, edge lists, and weighted adjacency matrices. The anonymized release also includes GIS-compatible supporting products, including transformed station geometries in GeoPackage format and raster derivatives for the released region of interest. Exact station coordinates are excluded from the public release to preserve operational confidentiality. Version 2.0 incorporates revisions made in response to peer-review comments. The release adds a GIS-compatible anonymized station layer in GeoPackage format, a station-level data-completeness table, expanded metadata for the remote-sensing descriptors, and revised documentation of the dataset structure and preprocessing workflow. Several derived products and supporting files were updated accordingly. The original station coordinates remain confidential.
