This dataset provides a fully anonymized test dataset for processing with the MATLAB code repository TimeSLIP-CSF-transport: https://github.com/vmalis/TimeSLIP-CSF-transport The dataset is intended to support demonstration and validation of the processing workflow for non-contrast spin-labeling MRI analysis of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) transport. It includes the required image series for the example analysis, including time-of-flight angiography (TOF) images for anatomical and vascular reference, Tag and Control acquisitions, and an M0 reference image. The data can be processed directly using the provided repository. For forward-direction analysis, the Tag and Control images should be used as provided. For reverse-direction analysis, the same data can be processed by switching the Tag and Control inputs. This follows the forward and reverse subtraction concept described in the associated manuscript, where complementary subtraction schemes are applied to identical Tag, Control, and M0 datasets to estimate directionally biased signal components. The dataset is provided for testing, reproducibility, and demonstration purposes. It is not intended as a normative reference dataset or for clinical diagnosis. Users should consult the associated manuscript and repository documentation for details on image interpretation and processing outputs.
