The research report included in this dataset proposes six supplier collaboration models, namely full bargaining power full-process collaboration for suppliers and full bargaining power full-process collaboration for manufacturers based on Internet or cloud platforms. It analyzes and proposes the differences in collaboration between supply and demand sides in terms of their bargaining power and process coverage, as well as their applicable scenarios, providing theoretical model support for the construction of relevant supply chain collaboration service platforms. The data files in this dataset are the analytical data generated during the research and analysis process of this report, covering two parts: 1) the product information of a specific manufacturing enterprise and the capability data of its corresponding suppliers; 2) the supplier capability data and their customer evaluation data at different locations in a certain service industry. These files are in Excel and PDF formats, with a total of 7 data files and a total size of 1.50 MB.
