Elucidating the gene regulatory network downstream of ERK signaling after injury. This dataset contains 3 biological replicates of uninjured whole animals, 0, 1.5, 3, 8, 12 hours post amputation Hydra regenerating tips that were treated with 25uM U0126 or DMSO (vehicle control). The data were collected in two separate experiments. The files labelled with A, B, C, and W are from 2024, while the H, F files are from 2023. Batch correction is necessary.------The SRA metadeta contains a unified naming scheme of [regenerating tissue][drug][timepoint][biorep]. 0hpa bioreps are in both datasets, so they are separated with _1 and _2.
