High-resolution transcriptomic and proteomic profiling of house dust mite homologous allergens

The dataset describes the transcriptome and proteome of Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and D. farinae, focusing on allergen production. The scripts.zip contains Python and R scripts with a description in Readme.md. The FASTA files include Dermatophagoides farinae and D. pteronyssinus homologous allergen proteins and cDNA, and proteins rejected during the analyses. The original data included feces/bodies proteomes and gene expression for predicted transcripts. The next files included the steps of homologous allergen identification and quantification based on proteome and expression data.
