The data for this survey were collected by the Danish Gallup Institute as part of Omnibus no. 11, June 1985. #The survey examines determinants and demand for dental service and health insurance among adult Danes by means of information about dental care habits and use of dental services. In addition, the survey includes information about membership of the Health Insurance Society Danmark (Fortsættelsessygekassen Danmark)
