Reproducibility package for "Hidden Clocks and Evaluation Validity in MQTT Intrusion Detection: An Audit of Five Dataset Families"

Reproducibility package for the article "Hidden Clocks and Evaluation Validity in MQTT Intrusion Detection: An Audit of Five Dataset Families" (submitted to Sensors, MDPI). Contents: frozen audit library, notebooks and unit tests; frozen configuration and dataset roles with SHA-256 source hashes; preregistration records; frozen audit result archives with row-level predictions; MQTTEEB-D representation diagnostics; the paired with-/without-clock ablation; the completed five-condition clock-control study (post-hoc, exploratory); independent revision checks; and a package verifier (VERIFY_PACKAGE.py) with CHECKSUMS.sha256 covering every file. The public source datasets are NOT redistributed. Their provider locations, filenames and expected SHA-256 hashes are listed in config/roles_approved.json and DATA_SOURCES.txt. Start with README.txt and REPRODUCE.txt, and run VERIFY_PACKAGE.py before using any result.
