Metadata associated with the finalized set of 1,004 reference genomes that represent a diverse range of clinically relevant strains of Shigatoxigenic Escherichia coli [STEC], Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium, Campylobacter jejuni, Campylobacter coli, and Campylobacter lari used as the basis for in silico construction of probe panels for application in mTAG sequencing.

Supplementary File 2. Probe file (.FASTA) of the finalized 120-mer bait sequences obtained from in silico construction via the Syotti algorithm, and served as the basis for manufacturing and use of biotinylated probes in mTAG sequencing.
