A polygon feature class of current zoning for the City of Bend and all unincorporated areas within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). It provides information on the zoning designation and the enacting ordinance (where applicable) for all tax lots within the UGB. For more details regarding zoning designations and the determination of land use district boundaries, please refer to Chapter 2 of the Bend Development Code.
