Shotgun Metagenomic Sequencing of collected samples from Philippine Civet Cat's Oropharyngeal, Buccal and Anal swab_Batch 3 and Rerun

This project is part of the upcoming Virology and Vaccine Institute of the Philippines. The project is entitled, Isolation and Purification of Philippine Common Viruses with Medical Importance and Pandemic Potential for Antigen-Antibody Studies. One of the specific objectives of the project is to determine the viral profiles of local populations of Philippine Civet cat with regards to coronavirus strains thru genomic sequencing and and antigen typing.
