This study analyzed pediatric-type Follicular Lymphoma using an Ion AmpliSeq Custom Panel covering 12 genes that are frequently mutated in the adult Follicular Lymphoma. 37 PTFL cases and nine reactive hyperplasias serving as controls were subjected to analysis. The genes included CREBBP, KMT2D, TNFRSF14, GNA13, FOXO1, MEF2B, HIST1H1B-E, EZH2 and EP300.
