RANK ligand converts the NCoR/HDAC3 co-repressor to a PGC1ß- and RNA-dependent co-activator of osteoclast gene expression [RNA-seq]

To investigate the cooperative function NCoR/HDAC3/PGC1ß complex in the regulation of osteoclast differentiation, we used NCoR KO or PGC1ß KO bone marrow cells and non-coding RNA Dancr/Rnu12 siRNA knockdown bone marrow cells or RAW 264.7 cells. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq.
