Characterization of the Tumor Immune Microenvironment in Gastric Cancer by Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Analysis

Gastric cancer tissues were obtained from patients who underwent gastrectomy at Kyushu University Hospital, and single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on the collected samples. We performed scRNA-seq analysis from 38 gastric cancers and 16 adjacent normal gastric mucosae. In one case (G77T), no residual cancer cells were observed in the resected specimen. This study includes samples re-analyzed from GSE201347, GSE231539, and GSE254188.
