Gene expression of blood monocytes from mouse models of hypoxic acute lung injury (ALI) housed in normoxia, hypoxia and hypoxia+CSF1 conditions, assayed on NanoString nCounter Mouse Myeloid Innate Immunity Panel panel (GPL30135) 5000 mouse classical monocytes were sorted from mice treated with LPS and housed in normoxia, hypoxia and hypoxia+CSF1 gating on single DAPI-CD45+LinCD115+Ly6Chi cells into 2ul RLT. Cell pellets were vortexed and centrifuged prior to immediate freezing until ready for processing. mouse myeloid inflammation NanoString gene expression plates were run as per manufacturer’s instructions
