DNA methylation data associated with sex in spinach
收藏资源简介:
DNA methylation, an important epigenetic modification, regulates the expression of genes and is therefore involved in the sex determination and sex differentiation of plants. spinach ((Spinacia oleracea L.), an important vegetable crop, was chosen as the research object. The results showed that: there was a difference in the degree of DNA methylation between male and female plants, which females had a higher degree of methylation. The data includes: (1) MSAP linker and primer sequence list used in this study; (2) Different methylation patterns and enzyme digestion reaction results table; (3) Genomic DNA electrophoresis map; (4) DNA digestion electrophoresis map; (5) Pre-amplification electropherogram; (6) Selective amplification electropherogram; (7) The number of bands amplified by each pair of primers in male individuals; (8) The number of bands amplified by each pair of primers in female individuals ; (9) Selective amplification of polypropylene gel electrophoresis; (10) Statistical table of MSAP amplification results of spinach male and female genomes; (11) Table of specific DNA methylation fragments in spinach
