西藏林芝和云南怒江、丽江、迪庆地区鱼类多样性数据集（2023）

为解析横断山南段鱼类多样性格局。2023年子课题2019QZKK05010103在西藏林芝和云南怒江、丽江、迪庆地区河流开展鱼类多样性调查。调查采集怒江裂腹鱼、细尾高原鳅、贡山异鮡、麦穗鱼、棒花鱼等鱼类标本和组织样品。本数据集包含标本信息表1个，组织样品信息表1个，标本照片660张，工作照150张，生境照200张。组织样品表和标本信息表包含物种、品种、详细采样地、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等基本样品信息，以excel表形式存储。标本照片以物种命名，生境照和工作照以地区命名，以jpg格式存储。

This dataset was established to elucidate the fish diversity pattern in the southern section of the Hengduan Mountains. Funded by the sub-project 2019QZKK05010103, fish diversity surveys were conducted in 2023 along rivers in Nyingchi of the Tibet Autonomous Region, as well as Nujiang, Lijiang and Diqing regions of Yunnan Province. Fish specimens and tissue samples including *Schizothorax nukiangensis*, *Triplophysa tenuis*, *Exostoma gongshanensis*, *Pseudorasbora parva*, *Abbottina rivularis*, and other species were collected during the surveys. This dataset contains one specimen information table, one tissue sample information table, 660 specimen photographs, 150 field work photographs, and 200 habitat photographs. The specimen information table and tissue sample information table store basic sample information such as species, variety, detailed sampling location, sample type, collection date, collector, preservation method and other relevant details, and are saved in Excel format. Specimen photographs are named after the corresponding species, while habitat and work photographs are named after their sampling regions, all stored in JPG format.
