Effect of T-bet on the transcriptome of CD4+ T cells after CII immunization. Mus musculus

T-bet is a key transcription factor for T helper 1 lineage and overexpression of T-bet inhibited the development of collagen-induced arthritis, a murine model of rheumatoid arthritis. The aim of this study is to clarify the role of T-bet in the regulation of transcriptome of CD4+ T cells after CII immunization.
