Cesar_Macrophytes Remediation Study (Raw sequence reads)

These data are related to the project entitled "Use of emerging macrophytes on cyanobacteria bloom mitigation" which investigate the efficiency of different macrophytes to suppress the growth of blue-green algae and reducing the eutrophication, represented by nitrogen and phosphorus remediation. Additionally, this project assessed the compositional dynamics of macrophyte-associated microbial community, especially the bacteriome in different experimental conditions, considering the bacterioplankton from the water and the bacterial community on the macrophyte roots.
