After collecting repeated long-term machining data and comparing with the internal signals of the machine tools, the actual data profiles produced when machining different cutting tools are identified, and targeted data processing methods are employed for monitoring. The dataset was archived in September 2022, and was simultaneously used for tool wear validation. This validation selects signals tailored to actual machining conditions based on diverse sensors and machining channels, with the objective of extending tool service life. The primary storage formats of this dataset are .data and .dap, which require dedicated proprietary software to open.
