Single-cell RNA sequencing profiles mouse tumor immune microenviroment mediated by UMP

Mouse tumor cells was inoculated into WT mice followed by the collection of mouse tumor tissues with or without UMP treatment. The collected tissues followed by single-cell sample preparation, library construction, and sequencing to investigate how UMP regulates the proportion and composition of cells in the tumor immune microenvironment.
