This study aimed to explore the effects of low-level Er:YAG laser irradiation on the proliferation of gingival fibroblasts without the photothermal effect. Overall design: Comprehensive gene expression analysis (RNA-seq) was performed in this research to reveal the early influence of laser irradiation on gingival fibroblasts.
